Petit Cocon" welcomes you to the Pays d'Iroise, just 5 minutes from the beaches and the GR34. Local shops are less than 10 minutes' walk away. It is situated in a small, quiet cul-de-sac, an ideal starting point for visiting the many tourist sites along the Iroise coast: the little port of Melon in Porspoder, the Pointe de Saint Mathieu in Le Conquet, the Minou lighthouse, the Côte des Légendes, the islands of Ouessant and Molène, not forgetting the many hiking trails for unforgettable walks! Renovation and external insulation since summer 2024! Detached single-storey house for 2 people: Layout: Fitted kitchen (combined freezer, dishwasher, multifunction oven and microwave, electric coffee machine...) living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), 1 shower room with WC. Facilities and services: TV, washing machine, bed linen and towels provided, bed made on arrival, kitchen utensils: tea towels, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, etc. Outside: shaded terrace with awning, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, private garden and car park. Weekly rates and short stays (minimum 5 nights) (Check rates by entering your dates of stay on the schedule) Supplements Cleaning package (optional): €60 Visitor's tax (compulsory): 0.94 €/day/adult Electricity at your expense (Beginning of October to End of April) on meter reading on arrival and departure
