Welcome to the Gîte des 4 Saisons, a lovingly renovated house full of character in the heart of the Cantalien Massif, right next to Puy Mary, a Grand Site de France. This 135 m² gîte, designed to accommodate up to 9 people, offers the ideal setting for getting together with family or friends in a warm, authentic atmosphere. Traditional materials - stone, wood, exposed beams - are combined with modern facilities for optimum comfort all year round. The large living area comprises : - a fully-equipped kitchen - a convivial dining area - a cosy lounge with wood-burning stove, perfect for evenings out after a day in the great outdoors. The gîte has : - 2 comfortable double bedrooms, - 1 family dormitory with single beds and additional sleeping accommodation, - 2 modern shower rooms and separate toilets. Outside, you'll enjoy a private, quiet, sunny garden with garden furniture and barbecue. There is an enclosed storage area for bikes, skis and hiking equipment. Private parking on site. A real starting point for exploring the volcanic landscapes, this gîte is an invitation to experience the Cantal at the pace of nature, between hikes, high altitude panoramas and moments of sharing. Good to know, services on offer - baby kit on request (cot, high chair, bath) - pets allowed: €15 per pet - bed linen hire: €12 per person (fitted sheets provided) - bathroom linen hire: €8 per person - for reservations of 2 weeks or more, household linen is provided free of charge - compulsory end-of-stay cleaning service: €100
