This charming 42 m² one-bedroom apartment is ideally located opposite Pornic harbour. It has a 2-star rating. It has an uninterrupted view of the town from its private terrace. The apartment is on the ground floor of a house, with completely independent access (there are a few steps, so the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility). The rental comprises a spacious, independent bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a living room with the option of sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, and an open, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, mini-oven, ceramic hob). Television and board games are available for your relaxation. The shower room and WC are separate. A private 19 m2 terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and a large parasol lets you enjoy the view and your meals outside. Small enclosed garden. WiFi access Practical info : Access to the owner's shared washing machine and tumble dryer for stays of at least 2 weeks. Free loan of baby equipment on request (bath, booster seat, cot). If you are arriving from Nantes, take exit 52b "Porte de Bouguenais" then follow the signs for Noirmoutier, Pornic (D723°). Then follow signs for Noirmoutier, Bouaye, Pornic (D751°) Once in Pornic, follow signs for Pornic centre, then straight on; Go past the station and at the roundabout, do not take the bridge but turn left onto the Quai du Commandant L'Herminier; you will pass a vintage carousel. Follow the quay until you reach the château; there is a calvary on the left. Turn left before the calvary (Rue Bocandé). Then take the 1st left: Rue du Jardin Public. The impasse Victor Hugo is at the end; you have arrived. The rental is at number 5. It's a dead end: you can't turn around, but there's often room to park. You can reverse in or out (30 metres). Alternatively, you can park on rue du Parc or rue du Jardin Public.
