The advantages of the accommodation
Description
I welcome you to a bright 76m2 flat with loggia. Quiet, leafy setting, a stone's throw from the town of character MALESTROIT. Within walking distance of the medieval town, shops, restaurants, Nantes-Brest Canal, Voie Verte and of course the Thursday and Saturday morning markets. You'll be at the gateway to the Gulf of Morbihan, the Brocéliande forest, the Brière, Guérande and its salt marshes. Less than 30 minutes away, you'll find a different destination every day of the week to discover our region by car. For cyclists and pedestrians, there are beautiful walks along the canal from Nantes to Brest, the river Oust, and of course, the Voie Verte (there is a garage for your bikes). The flat will be finished in 2023. There is a large bedroom for a couple, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The living room has a television, wifi and access to the loggia. The kitchen is enclosed and fully equipped, with oven and dishwasher.... The bathroom has a bath and washing machine. There is a separate toilet. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Accommodation not accessible to PRMs. Minimum stay 3 nights in low season. If you wish, I can give you information about the must-see places in our region, our little towns of character such as Malestroit, Rochefort-en-Terre, Josselin and La Roche-Bernard, the nearest towns.
