Description

Stay at vairé, in a quiet commune where life is good, a central point between numerous tourist sites and interests. The property is located 6 km from Brem sur Mer (10 minutes from the beaches), 12 km from Les Sables d'Olonne, 6 km from the Grand Défi tree-climbing park and 9 km from Lac du Jaunay (accessible by bike from the house). Bakery and mini-market within walking or cycling distance of the village. The house comprises a living room with sitting/dining area, a fitted kitchen and 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 x 80cm beds and an adjoining shower room with WC, one bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bunk bed, a third bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed, a second shower room and a separate WC. Outside, you will find a fully enclosed garden perfect for relaxing and a sheltered terrace where you can enjoy your meals in fine weather. A garden shed is available for storing bicycles, as well as a barbecue. Non-smoking house - Housework €70 - Bed linen and towels can be hired for €15 per person.
