Small holiday home for up to 4 people, with garden 300 meters from the sea. Quiet and peaceful environment. pleasant near the Belle Mont beach, the port of Le Rat and a cycle path along the wild coast (2 bikes are available). Linens provided: Sheets, duvet covers, towels, and tea towels. Reservation by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. The rental consists of: On the ground floor: 20m2 living room with open kitchen, equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave and fridge. Large closet with wardrobe in the entrance. Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. Upstairs : 1 bedroom with a double bed 180cm x 200cm with dressing table and 2 bedside tables. 1 bedroom with two single beds 90cm x 200cm and a bedside table. The bedrooms are under crawling. Outside: Closed south-facing terrace with a large parasol, garden furniture with a table and 4 chairs, plancha and 2 bicycles available. Rules of procedure Arrival: from 4 p.m. (presentation between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.) Departure: before 11 a.m. - No animals - Non-smoker - No parties Cleaning fee: 60€ mandatory upon booking Booking for the full week, from Saturday to Saturday

From Vannes (1h10): take the N165 towards Nantes, exit at La Roche-Bernard, then follow signs for Guérande / La Turballe / Piriac-sur-Mer. Once in Piriac, follow signs for Saint-Sébastien / Plage de Saint-Sébastien. The "Les Maisons de la Mer" residence is on the right, right next to the beach and cycle paths. 👉 Easy parking: the residence has private spaces and free outdoor parking. 🚆 Access by train The nearest stations are: La Baule-Escoublac station (30 min) Le Croisic station (20 min) Saint-Nazaire station (35 min) From these stations, you can reach Piriac-sur-Mer: by Lila Presqu'île bus, by taxi, or by hire car. ✈️ Access by plane Nantes Atlantique airport (1h20) Lorient Bretagne Sud airport (1h30) Car hire and shuttle services are available at both airports. 🧭 Arriving at the residence The entrance to the "Les Maisons de la Mer" residence is secure and clearly signposted.
