Welcome to the family country house _La Couaillerie_ ! This former farmhouse, dated from the 17th century, was tastefully renovated in 2022, while retaining its original charm. This holiday home can accommodate up to 10 people, so you'll enjoy the peace and space, the pleasant outdoors for eating and playing, the comfortable bedrooms for resting and the friendly, well-equipped living rooms. Its other great assets ? A fully enclosed property, a wide range of leisure facilities (petanque area, billiards room, basketball hoop), a baby kit and a ground-floor bedroom with shower room and WC. The gîte is ideally located in Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes, just 5 minutes from the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel and Cancale and 15 minutes from Saint-Malo. During your stay, there are many other attractions to discover: the GR34 footpaths, the ancient medieval towns of Dol-de-Bretagne and Dinan, the Château de Combourg, the Belle Époque villas of Dinard and an introduction to sand yachting in the Bay. The house has 2 levels and an enclosed garden : * Daytime - entrance hall leading to the ground and first floors - a large lounge with TV, reading area, study and feature fireplace. - a well-equipped kitchen for 10 people, with dining room. - A billiards room Quick access to the courtyard and garden from the dining room. Exposed beams throughout the ground floor. * For the night - 1 separate bedroom for 2 people on the ground floor (160 cm bed) with en-suite shower room and WC.
