Located in Puy Saint Vincent les Près, a hilltop village at the gateway to the Ecrins National Park, we look forward to welcoming you for all your holidays. * Our flat, with its stone terrace, garden and private car park, is located at the junction of Rue de l'Eglise and Chemin du Villaret. * Close to the ski slopes in winter and at the start of numerous hikes in summer, the Génépi flat is ideally located in the old village of Les Près. Located close to the supermarket and the shuttle bus departure point in winter. * Inside: - Living room with flat screen TV (TNT channels) with DVD player and remote controls. Internet access. - Kitchen area (washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, fan-assisted oven with pyrolysis, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, mixer, china crockery, ......). - Sleeping area with 2 80cm bunk beds and individual wall-mounted reading lights, shelves. - Separate WC. - Bathroom (bath with glass shower screen and hand shower with stop, washbasin, mixer taps, wall-mounted hairdryer, etc.). - Bedroom sleeping 140 (radio alarm clock, reading spotlight, etc.) Outside: - Outside storage room: lockable, with shelves, clotheslines, etc. - Terrace in lauzes where are arranged the summer: table, parasol, armchairs, sun baths...
