Admire the unique panoramic view of Lake Gérardmer and the Vosges mountains from its three terraces or its vast 3,000 m² garden planted with trees. In summer and winter alike, everything is designed to make you feel at home, in a soothing, friendly atmosphere. Unlike a simple rental, Sunny Hill stands out for its warm atmosphere, full facilities and tastefully chosen furnishings. Here, people come to recharge their batteries with family or friends, in a privileged setting. Chalet layout : Main floor (raised): - Large, bright living room with lake view, fireplace, cable/satellite TV, DVD player (films for young and old), hi-fi system, library (books, hiking guides, board games), broadband WIFI. - Fully-equipped separate kitchen: induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher (shelves provided), fridge-freezer, full set of crockery, coffee makers (filter and Senseo), kettle, toaster, raclette and croque-monsieur set. - 2 elegant bedrooms with quality bedding (160x200 or twin 80x200 beds), dressing room, armchair, valet service - beds made on arrival. - Spacious bathroom: bath/shower, double basins, towel rail, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries provided. - Separate WC. Garden level : - Master suite with 160x200 bed, dressing area, armchair, private shower room with shower, vanity unit, dressing table, hairdryer, toiletries, WC. - Second cosy lounge with TV, books, magazines and direct access to the garden. - Separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board (products provided). - Office area with broadband internet connection. Outside & facilities : - 3,000 m² garden planted with trees, quiet and south-facing. - Three terraces with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. - Private on-site parking. - Ski box and children's sledges available. - Free snow shuttle (weekends and school holidays) 400 m from the chalet. Pets allowed: A small dog is accepted (on request) - donation of €70 paid in full to the S.V.P.A. (tax deductible). Services included: - Personalised welcome by the owner with courtesy tray. - Sheets, towels and household linen provided. - Beds made on arrival. - Cleaning products and toiletries provided. - Baby kit available: cot, high chair, bath, changing mat. Utilities: water, fuel oil, electricity (meters read on arrival and departure) - low in summer. Tourist tax: €1.80 per day per person. A deposit of €600 is required on arrival and will be returned on departure after an inspection. Optional cleaning: €100 CAPACITY : 6 people including children : (2 children maximum including baby) For 3 nights over a long weekend: 800€.
