In a quiet area, the house is semi-detached but there is independent access through the main gate, opening onto the large terrace and garden dedicated to the gîte. The “Rez-de-Jardin” apartment is labeled for 4 people and benefits from a beautiful surface area of 70m2. Designed for your comfort, it is fully air-conditioned, perfectly soundproofed and tastefully decorated, keeping the Provençal soul of the house and adding a touch of modernity. During your stay, you can enjoy the different living rooms : - An independent kitchen with the main appliances - A living room with dining table and a bright lounge area with TV (+ Wi-Fi, fiber access) - A first bedroom with 2 twin beds - Another bedroom with 1 double bed - A bathroom with large shower and washing machine Outside : For families, the house is completely fenced, allowing your children to play outside in complete safety. A closed shelter is reserved for your bicycles or motorcycles. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house. For lovers of pétanque, an emblematic Provençal activity, a boules pitch is located next to the house.
