Stay in this typical island holiday home, in a privileged setting in the heart of the Bois de la Chaise, just 600 m from Dames beach, 1.5 km from the nearest shops and 2 km from Noirmoutier town centre. It comprises 2 parts. The main house comprises a separate fitted kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm) (possibility of making a 160cm bed), a shower room and a separate toilet. In an adjoining annexe, you'll find a shower room with toilet and a large bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cm) and 1 double bed (140cm). Outside, you'll enjoy the enclosed landscaped garden of around 600m² and a dining area under pergolas with garden table and chairs. A barbecue and 3 parking spaces are also available. Our concierge service offers additional services for your comfort: - Complete linen set for a double bed: €22 incl. VAT - Complete linen set for a single bed: €18 incl. VAT - Individual towelling kit (one large towel, one small towel and one bath mat): €12 incl. VAT
