Charming little holiday home for up to 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children, located in Piriac-sur-mer, close to the beach. This recently refurbished and carefully decorated holiday rental has a fully enclosed garden with quick access to the coast. A reserved parking space allows you to park your vehicle easily. The house has a sleeping area on the first floor with a 160x200 bed in one bedroom and 2 90x190 beds in the 2nd bedroom. (The bedrooms are not suitable for an extra cot). The shower room is on the ground floor. The kitchen opens onto the living area, which includes a sitting area and a dining area. You'll find all the equipment you need to prepare your meals, and a barbecue is available in fine weather. Whether you're looking to relax for a short break or enjoy the seaside during your holiday, this place is sure to meet your expectations and allow you to spend some quality time with friends or family. The rental is not accessible to PRMs (there are steps and the beds are on the first floor).
