This house is ideally located by the sea, very close to the Fond de la Baie beach and 15 minutes' walk from the small port of Locquirec, between the Pink Granite Coast and the Bay of Morlaix. Nearby, you can enjoy a range of water sports with a sailing school (sand yachting, kayaking, optimist sailing, surfing, etc.), not forgetting fishing or hiking on the GR34, not forgetting the region's not-to-be-missed sites: the Barnenez Cairn in Plouezoc'h, the Pointe de Primel or the Diben in Plougasnou, the Château du Taureau in Carantec, the Ile Louet or the legendary landscapes of the Monts d'Arrée, 30 minutes away.
