L'annexe du petit Palais Welcome to our warm and welcoming home. We have carefully restored this apartment with taste and respect for its authenticity and history, to offer you a wonderful stay in our beautiful city of Grenoble in our 70 m² apartment in the heart of historic Grenoble, with all the sights, amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Beds are made on arrival (4 to 5 people), towels are provided (hotel quality) and basic necessities are supplied on arrival. A guide will help you discover Grenoble or rediscover the city. You'll find: 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room (1 person), 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, stereo system, 1 fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso), kitchen utensils, 1 large living room with TV-WIFI-Bluetooth speaker + 1 large table with 6 chairs, A high chair is at your disposal, and all the comforts you'd expect from top-of-the-range accommodation. Other features to consider: - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. - This is a non-smoking apartment. Parties are not permitted. - For our neighbors, we thank you for respecting a minimum of discretion past 9:30 pm. Accommodation: You will appreciate my accommodation for its location and decoration. It's on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs. You've just entered a 4-century-old building in the heart of historic Grenoble.

Lean out the window and you'll see: - On your left, the Collégiale Saint-André, the former private chapel of the Dauphins, founded in 1228 as their burial place. - On your right, the Palais du Parlement du Dauphiné, the oldest part of which was built at the end of the 15th century and served as the seat of the Dauphiné Parliament until the French Revolution, and then as the Palais de Justice until 2002. - Opposite you, on its pedestal, is the imposing statue of Pierre Terrail, Seigneur de Bayard, better known as Bayard or Chevalier Bayard, the work of Nicolas Raggi dating from 1822. But that's not all: - La Table Ronde, opened in 1739, is one of the oldest cafés in France, where Antoine Renard composed the music for Le Temps des cerises, based on the poem by Jean-Baptiste Clément, and where Jean-Jacques Rousseau and Stendhal once sat. - Grenoble's municipal theater, inaugurated in 1768, welcomed Franz Liszt in 1845 and Sarah Bernard in 1882, who performed La Dame aux Camélias. - And the Grail: a magnificent view of the Bastille, Grenoble's signature monument that has overlooked the city for nearly two centuries.
