For unforgettable vacations with family or friends, our Chalet Manica offers you : A beautiful 70 m² living space, ideal for relaxing and enjoying convivial moments. A fully-equipped open kitchen, including dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, raclette and fondue machines, electric vegetable grater, wine cellar and sommelier set. Enjoy cosy evenings around the STUV fireplace with removable double walls. The chalet has 4 bedrooms with a total of 10 beds, including 3 on the first floor (2 with double beds (140 cm) and one with 2 bunk beds). Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom (double bed 160). For families with babies, a baby kit is available, including a cot, playpen, high chair, stroller, baby bath and toilet reducer, as well as games for babies and children. Enjoy a large mezzanine equipped with 2 sofas and a Samsung TV with Canal Sat subscription. There are 2 shower rooms, one on the first floor adjoining the master bedroom, the second on the first floor. One shower room has a toilet, and 2 separate WCs. A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack is available on the first floor. Upstairs, a large 30 m² south-facing terrace offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. The chalet is surrounded by a 700 m² garden (fenced but not gated). Private parking and a carport are available. Gas heating and cast-iron radiators ensure your comfort on both levels of the chalet. Guest access: You will have access to the entire chalet, with the exception of the garage. One week before your arrival, you will be contacted by Luchon Conciergerie. * Arrival between 3pm and 7.30pm. * Departure between 8am and 11am (subject to availability). * Possibility of providing sheets and pillowcases (€15/package) and towels (€9/package), laundry service. We will send you the access map and full welcome booklet by email before your arrival. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants, who must return the accommodation in the same condition as when they found it and ready for immediate re-rental. Please clean appliances after use. However, if you do not wish to do this, you can hire the services of the Conciergerie (€168). Payment for these services must be made directly to the concierge.
