Welcome to the coast of legends, in this stone house with typical Breton blue shutters, ideally located less than 5 minutes from the beautiful Crémiou beach and less than 10 minutes from famous tourist sites such as the fishing village of Ménéham and the Pontusval lighthouse. Set off to discover this beautiful natural seaside region of North Finistère, full of charm, by strolling along the many coastal footpaths. Semi-detached house (not overlooked) sleeps 6: Ground floor: fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave, combined freezer), living room, 1 shower room with WC. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm) Facilities and services: TV, washing machine, bed linen and towels for hire, cot, bath and high chair for babies. Outside: veranda, deckchairs, barbecue, enclosed bicycle shed, tree house with slide, large shady garden and private enclosed car park. Rates: Check rates by entering your dates of stay on the schedule. Extra charge Cleaning package (optional): €60 Bed linen hire (optional): 10 €/person Bathroom linen hire (optional): 7 €/person Visitor's tax (compulsory): 1 €/day/adult (rate 2023) Electricity extra (based on meter reading, 0.25/kwh )
