Situated in the countryside in a dead end close to the coast and Larmor-Baden town centre, this large longère (150 m2), recently tastefully renovated, is a haven of peace in a green setting. Warm and welcoming in winter and summer alike, this house is the perfect base from which to discover the Gulf of Morbihan and Southern Brittany. IN JULY & AUGUST: RENTAL FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY On the ground floor, this house comprises a comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove (wood not supplied) and a large, well-equipped kitchen. You can enjoy a view over the garden thanks to the large sliding window with optimised opening, which gives you direct access to the garden. Nature in your kitchen! Upstairs, three bedrooms make up the sleeping area, accommodating up to eight people plus a baby. The house has two bathrooms (one on each level). The house is surrounded by a private, enclosed, landscaped garden of around 150m2 where children can play in complete safety. Surrounded by woods and fields, the house is free from traffic and enjoys a rare tranquillity. Directly from the house, you can go for a walk to reach the seaside (800m) and the coastal paths, the Pen En Toul marsh for birdwatching or taste oysters directly from the producer, or get lost in the Breton countryside.
