Description

At the gateway to the Marais Poitevin, in the south of the Vendée, discover the Gîte d'Andréa, comfortably equipped for 11 people. This farmhouse holiday rental is located in a hamlet, south of Fontenay le Comte (around 7km) and just 5 km from Maillezais Abbey. On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises a living room with fireplace, a separate kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 single bed (90cm) and 1 cot, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm), a second bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), a final bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), and a shower room with wc. Outside, you will enjoy a landscaped enclosed garden of around 700m² with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, a swing for children and a table tennis table. At the front of the house, you will also find a large covered courtyard.
