_L'Ancien Chai is a lovely village house for 2 people recently renovated in the heart of a quiet and green hamlet located just 30 minutes from Bordeaux. __Located near Cadillac, where you will find all the necessary shops, farmers' market, services and tourist activities. __The old Chai, a comfortable vacation rental, offers you a stay with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. The pellet stove is ideal for enjoying the view of the garden. The bedroom located on the duplex floor is open to the living room. You will find a very comfortable 160 bed and direct access to the bathroom with toilet and large shower. __You have access to a large enclosed garden not overlooked where you can park your car, as well as a terrace. Christine et Stephane sont heureux de vous accueillir dans leur gîte « L’ Ancien Chai » cadastré en 1813 et restauré en 2022 . Situé dans la région viticole de L’Entre-deux-Mers entre les fleuves Garonne et Dordogne, vous vous retrouverez entouré de villages médiévaux, bastides et châteaux. Vous serez à 35km de Bordeaux et de St-Émilion, 8km de Sauternes et 85km d’Arcachon. D’une superficie de 36m2 vous y trouverez tout le confort pour un séjour agréable, avec à l’étage une chambre ainsi que d’une salle d’eau toute équipée. Au rez-de-chaussée, une cuisine toute équipée , un salon attenant, ainsi q’une terrasse extérieure de 17m2 avec salon de jardin, barbecue, plancha, et terrain attenant . Vous pourrez stationner vos vélos dans un garage fermé à clé. Une place de stationnement vous est aussi réservée.
