Description

Villa Noblessa, a new house built in 2023 with quality fixtures and fittings, offers you 150m² of modern-day comfort in keeping with the architecture of Breton houses of yesteryear. A quiet villa with an unobstructed view over the countryside overlooking Goulven Bay, offering privileged access to miles of sandy beaches. The first shops are only 300 m away in the center of Plounéour-Trez, so you can do everything on foot or by bike in Plounéour-Brignogan-Plages! The Villa features a 6 m x 3 m indoor pool heated to 28°, available all year round. The living room overlooks the pool, allowing you to keep an eye on your children. An enclosed, detached garage is the perfect place to store your equipment and car. New, detached villa for 8 people: Ground floor: Large fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave, combined freezer...) living room. Bathroom with WC near the pool area and 1 separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 bedroom with 4 x 90cm bunk beds. Shower room and separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, Wifi internet (connection in progress), washing machine, bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, baby bed and equipment. Indoor pool 6 m x 3 m heated to 28° with pool games. Outside: deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue, private garden and parking, independent secure garage.
