Description

Stay in the gîte "les 4 Saisons", in the small, peaceful village of Xanton-Chassenon, famous for its leisure centre in a privileged setting, offering a wide range of activities: swimming, relaxing on the beach, fishing, boat or pedalo trips. In the south of the Vendée, around 6km from Fontenay le Comte, this location will enable you to discover the many tourist attractions nearby: Marais Poitevin, Maillezais Abbey, Forest, Mervent leisure park and zoo, Fontenay le Comte circuit, etc. The house comprises: a living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), a shower room with toilet, a second shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with children's play area and a terrace with garden furniture. Ideal for family holidays!

Home

I'll be there to welcome you, hand over the keys and show you around the gîte. Arrival times are flexible depending on the availability of the house. A key box is available in case of very late arrival to allow you to settle in independently.
