Gîte in the heart ❤ of the Dolce Via completely refurbished, in Le Cheylard. Located on the ground floor of my home with independent entrance and terrace fitted out for meals. Barbecue available, private parking and locked bicycle room with electric socket. Independent arrival with key box. Free first breakfast. Facilities: 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), living room with 1 sofa bed, kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, washing machine, bathroom. A deposit of €50.00 will be required on arrival for cleaning. Any cleaning not done correctly (hoover, dustbin, washed floor...) the deposit will not be returned.
