Description
Just a few minutes from Verdon and the Artignosc nautical base (4 km), we offer you a rural gîte for rent in the Verdon Regional Natural Park for a maximum of 4 people. THE APARTMENT : Located on our property, the 75m2 apartment is on the garden level and adjoins a bastide built in 2001. Absolutely calm to enjoy your vacation rest, you have independent access to the apartment, a private terrace facing east, without any vis-à-vis. The rental rooms are very bright, and they are cool in summer thanks to very good thermal insulation (which explains why there is no need for air conditioning). You will have at your disposal a very well-equipped kitchen, a living room with TV (+ Wi-Fi), 2 spacious bedrooms (with 1 double bed and 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. During your stay, you can enjoy the salt swimming-pool, privately (access until 5 p.m.). You have free use of the enclosed park and parking in front of the rental. The rental is non-smoking (inside the apartment). AROUND THE APARTMENT : In the village there is a grocery store for emergency supplies. Just 8 kilometers away, you will find all the amenities (a super U with gas station, post office and various local shops). The cottage is ideally located for discovering Provence and Verdon, between outdoor activities (nautical, hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata, equestrian, etc.) and the rich cultural heritage of the region (museums, villages of character, the castles…).
