The swimming pool is heated only in summer and the landscaped garden surrounds the property, creating an enchanting setting. Its direct, private access, located just below the property, allows you to reach the sea easily. The villa's location offers the advantage of immediate proximity to the seasonal shops of La Parée, adding a practical touch to your stay. Parking is available on the property.
