Come and discover our magnificent historic city of La Rochelle on the Atlantic Ocean, facing the islands of Ré, Aix, and Oléron. * Our fully renovated 40 m² apartment features an entrance with a wardrobe, a living area with a seating area including a coffee table, a television with access to foreign channels, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for your convenience. * Free WIFI * is available, along with amenities such as a DVD player, a PlayStation, and board games for entertainment. * For a comfortable night's sleep, there is a bedroom with a 160 cm bed for 2 people, along with a wardrobe featuring a beautiful mirror. Completing the space is a bathroom with a sink, heating, and a WC. Options: * To park your vehicle, you can find a parking space from around 11 euros per day. We send you the list of free and paid parking lots. * Linen rental (bedding + towels + kitchen linen) for 2 people for 36 euros. * Cleaning service for 66 euros. * A security deposit of 300 euros is required.
