Welcome to our oasis of tranquility nestled between the prestigious vineyards of Saint-Emilion and the charms of the city of Bordeaux. This recently renovated single-storey house with swimming pool can accommodate up to four people. It is located on the owners' land, but guarantees total autonomy and privacy. The house has been completely refurbished and features a modern kitchen. Its cosy living room has a TV. The house is fully air-conditioned. The family suite comprises two communicating bedrooms, one of which is connected to a shower room with toilet. We provide sheets, blankets and shower gel. Outside, a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue invites you to enjoy the great outdoors. You have unlimited access to the in-ground swimming pool, shared with the owners. The pool is open from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. The rental includes a private parking space on an enclosed plot (maximum one car). The house is ideally located between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, offering you easy access to the region's wine treasures as well as its cultural and historical attractions : In Bordeaux : * Stroll along the banks of the Garonne. * Visit the majestic Place de la Bourse and its water mirror. * Explore the old town with its cobbled streets and numerous stores. * Savor the region's rich and varied gastronomy.
