AU P'TIT ARTISAN, renovated house with enclosed garden, located in a small village 25 minutes from Epernay or Châlons-en-Champagne.  Floriane will welcome you and show you the environment and in particular the nearby horse farm or the hiking trails for long family walks. The house is made up on the ground floor of a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room, a large bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a landing leading to 3 bedrooms equipped with a 140 cm bed each as well as 2 90 cm beds in the largest bedroom.  The garden is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, a large shared garden with games for children is also at your disposal.  Beds made on arrival Cleaning package included in the price Pets allowed

Rated 3 stars in 2024 Detached house comprising on the ground floor a space open onto a fully equipped kitchen: - fridge and freezer - oven, - microwave oven - induction hob. A dining area with table and benches and a living room with : - a sofa, - 1 armchair, - 2 recliners , - A flat-screen TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Separate WC and bathroom with large walk-in shower. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: CH 1 1 double bed 140 with bedside and wardrobe. CH 2 1 double bed (140cm) with bedside cabinet and wardrobe. CH 3 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm) with bedside cabinets and wardrobes. Reversible air conditioning throughout the house (including bedroom). Bed linen (bed made when you arrive) and household linen (tea towel and bath mat) are provided, BATH TOWEL NOT INCLUDED in the cleaning charges but available on request. - set of 1 towel 70/140 , 1 towel 50/100 and 1 flannel for 4euros /pers ( to be paid on the spot). You also have a private garden with metal garden furniture and barbeques. Shared access with us to our large garden and small wood with swing and other games on request.
