Cottage Description: * Our house welcomes you with a veranda where you can relax in a comfortable lounge area. From there, you enter into a spacious living room with a TV lounge.  * Its fitted and fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary comforts. The dryer and washing machine are located in the adjoining laundry room.  * The kitchen opens onto a terrace with its landscaped garden at the rear of the cottage.  * A 15 m² mezzanine overlooks this living space, where there is a double bed and a single bed. * A corridor leads to 2 comfortable bedrooms with closets and wardrobes, one with a 160 bed for the large 17m² bedroom with a desk. The other bedroom of 12 m² with a 140 bed.  * Bed linen provided and beds made upon arrival.  * Upon request, we can provide a cot for your baby.  * Various board games and books are at your disposal.  * A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink with a hairdryer.  * The toilet with a hand washbasin is independent.  * Free WIFI.  Services: * Rental of household linen (bath towels, dish towels) 5 euros/person.  * Cleaning: 50 euros  * Pension for equids: 6 euros/day.  * Dog/Cat: 4 euros per animal/day. * Mandatory deposit of 600 euros by check. * Tourist tax payable upon arrival. We'd like to welcome you to our little island of happiness: you'll feel right at home at Au Pas de Velours: our horses are close by, and sometimes our ponies too. We wanted the gîte to be spacious, comfortable and cosy. We wanted you to be able to relax quickly in the peace and quiet of the gîte, without overlooking the garden. As a reminder, the gîte is non-smoking: ashtrays are provided in the 2 nearby gardens.
