Holiday home in the north of the island of Noirmoutier, in the Herbaudière district, a typical fishermen's district belonging to the commune of Noirmoutier en l'île. Located in a residence just 600 m from La Linière beach, 300 m from the port with its restaurants and small local shops, and just a few metres from the bus stop that runs free of charge to the centre of Noirmoutier en l'île in high season, you can do everything on foot during your stay. The ground floor comprises a living room with lounge and newly fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, electric oven, fridge-freezer), a bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a bathroom with washing machine and a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm). Outside, there is a courtyard with a terrace equipped with a garden shed, garden furniture, electric grill, sun loungers, parasol, bike storage and a numbered private parking space. High chair, booster seat and cot available on request. House equipped with Wi-Fi connection. Weekly and fortnightly rentals available, as well as short stays outside July and August. When you arrive at l'Herbaudière, in the commune of Noirmoutier en l'ile, at the church, take the rue des écoles on your right. At the end of this street, turn left onto rue de la Mouraude, heading towards the port. At the speed bump, turn left at number 24. Turn left into the car park and parking space number 35 will be on your right. The house is located just in front of the parking space and is also numbered 35. The house has green shutters and the gate leading to the terrace is made of wood.
