Located in the heart of Arcachon, our 70m² flat welcomes you in a warm and well-appointed space. Ideal for families and groups of friends, it can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a bedroom on the 1st floor with a double bed, and an en suite shower room. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals to be shared in the adjacent dining room, or on the large terrace at the rear of the building, equipped with a plancha for convivial evenings. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and en-suite shower room. Two separate toilets in the flat. Take advantage of the privileged location of our flat, with shops and boutiques in the immediate vicinity. The beach is just outside the house.
