With family or friends, enjoy a pleasant stay in this holiday home with indoor swimming pool in Saint Cyr en Talmondais, a small town on the back of the coast at the entrance to the Marais Poitevin, just 15 km from the beaches of La Tranche sur Mer. This place will offer you calm and serenity during your stay while being close to the sea and tourist activities. In the town centre, you'll find a bakery and a greengrocer in season, while the nearest supermarket is 8km away. The house is just 500 m from the Court d'Aron floral park, and less than 15 km from the famous activity parks: O'Gliss Park, O'Fun Park and the Château des Aventuriers, enough to delight young and old alike! Set in a 2000m² garden, the house comprises a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom with 4 single beds (2 of which are raised beds), 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. The basement has a laundry area with washing machine. All baby equipment is available (cot, booster seat, high chair, bath, pushchair).
