Welcome to LOU BAREDE, L'IMMERSION BUCOLIQUE, the holiday rental of the Châteaux G. Arpin. This home is located in Montagne, close to Saint-Émilion, in Gironde, an ideal and prized destination for holidays in the south-west of France. Perfect for families and friends, Lou Barede can accommodate up to 12 people (8 adults and 4 children). This spacious, contemporary one-storey house, next to Libourne and Bordeaux, is nestled in the heart of a world-renowned vineyard, offering a picturesque and peaceful setting for your stay. At Lou Barede, every day often begins with a breakfast on the terrace. An "hyper-equipped" kitchen (where nothing is missing) will allow you to cook your dishes. You can relax in the living room where large sofas await you. There, reading, listen to music, watch TV or movies can be on the program. In the evenings, the large table where you have eaten will reveal a luxurious billiard. As for sleeping, The master suite offers tranquility with its private bathroom and comfortable bed 160 cm. Three other double bedrooms and a children’s room (with 4 bunk beds) are also available. Two bathrooms complemente all that. At Lou Barede, you can also enjoy the private spa inside that you can use unlimited. The Cellier du Vigneron is at your disposal for your stay, in the spirit of a hotel minibar. You can find there a selection of wines from the Châteaux G. Arpin but also those from other producers, but also local spirits (pineau des Charentes and cognac). Outside, a large open-air park invites you to relax in a hammock while can play classic yard games (swing, trampoline…). There, you can also prepare your meals with our beautiful built barbecue. Lou Barede is a story! Coming from a long line of winegrowers, vines and wine are obviously part of my world. For a long time, I dreamt of being able to welcome to Châteaux G. Arpin people who were primarily looking for tranquillity, but who also had a passion for wine. This dream came true thanks to an opportunity. I bought the house next door to mine. My wife and I converted it so that you could immerse yourself in the world of Châteaux G. Arpin. We called it Lou Barede. Lou Barede is a spirit! Of course, it's first and foremost a place designed for relaxing, in complete serenity, in a large "all-comfort" house nestling in a green setting. Everything you need for a pleasant stay has been provided, from facilities to leisure activities. But tranquillity does not mean inaction. There are so many experiences to be had nearby. Today, this oasis can be yours. Gaël Arpin -Arrival times: Please plan to arrive at the Gîte between 4pm and 7pm. In the event of a later arrival due to problems with your journey, please let us know. -Parking: After passing through the entrance gate to the Gîte, the car park is on the right, on the gravelled area. It is private, free, unguarded and unsupervised and can accommodate six vehicles. The property is not enclosed. Although the road along Lou Barede is not very busy, you should be very careful if you have young children with you. -Introduction to the gîte, security deposit, inventory and handover of keys: On your arrival, we will show you Lou Barede and all its facilities and operations. equipment and its operation.
