Come and put down your luggage at Ty Kerzont: a charming place to stay, located a few kilometers from the sea. Only the gentle singing of birds will wake you up in the morning. This 18th century farmhouse hosts various cottages, including Ty Kerzont. This pretty independent and elegantly decorated country cottage offers comfort, space and a peaceful break. Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a pleasant living room with kitchen-living room; a bathroom with bathtub and double sink; a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs: a relaxation area on the landing; two bedrooms (1 double bed 160cms x 200cms in one room and 3 single beds 90cms in the other); a bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC. A terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs for young and old, and a vast 1500 m² garden full of flowers and trees await you to relax in the gentle Breton sun. The advantages of this rental are: - Log cabins open in summer, offering children an unusual play location. - for book lovers who are invited to relax in our reading lounge area, located in an annex of our house. Board games are also available. You will be charmed and amazed by the magnetic landscapes of the Côte de Granit Rose or the Côte d’Ajonc (Port Blanc, Plougrescant...) Paimpol and the Ile de Bréhat will be magical getaways, to include in your programme for unmissable walks. Enjoying Good food (Crêperies, local and gourmet restaurants) can be combined with these magnificent excursions. We can advise you and recommend great addresses. Perros Guirec (12 km): the starting point for a beautiful hike along the GR34, towards Ploumanac'h (a must-see site on the Pink Granite Coast). With your children, have fun guessing the characteristic rocks (rabbit, turtle) along the way. Trégastel (18 km) / Trébeurden (23 km): two other magnificent sites on the Pink Granite Coast. The customs trail (GR34) offers breathtaking panoramas. Plage de Trestel (9km): a large beach where children can build superb sand castles and enjoy the invigorating waters. Port Blanc and its many coves (12km): our favourite, a little corner of paradise just a few kilometres from the gîte. Enjoy a drink while watching the sun set: a magical stopover. Les Sept Iles ( 12 km): off the coast of Perros-Guirec, embark on a magical cruise to discover this maritime paradise, home to birds (puffins, gannets, seagulls) and seals: an unforgettable memory for all the family. Plougrescant (15 km): an enchanting natural wilderness with the site of the chasm and its house wedged between two rock formations. Tréguier (9 km): a small town full of character with its majestic Gothic cathedral. Paimpol ( 23 km): stroll through the picturesque port and narrow streets of the town, home to some fine art galleries. Ile de Bréhat ( 29 km): a ten-minute boat trip from the pointe de l'Arcouest just beyond Paimpol to explore the island of flowers on foot or by bike. Activities for children: - Trégastel (18 km): marine aquarium - Pleumeur-Bodou (20 km): Vivons Perchés: tree-climbing course - Parc du Radôme with three different attractions: Planetarium , Village des Gaulois , Cité des Télécoms - Cavan (20 km): Centre Découverte du Son (Sound Discovery Centre): a fun walk in the heart of nature to play with sounds. For sports enthusiasts, water sports, golf, cycling and horse riding are all available within a ten to thirty minute drive.

Ideally located and easily accessible from these two roads: the Losquet roundabout via the D786 from Tréguier/Paimpol or Lannion, or the D6 from Perros-Guirec. The GPS usually finds us under the name Kerzonn instead of Kerzont. Private parking on the property, close to the gîte.

Sharing my favourites, my secret places, my favourite spots: that's how I'd like to welcome you, so that you can discover our region in a different way, in keeping with Brittany's slogan: Partez Touriste, Revenez Breton. I'll be able to give you some ideas for itineraries, iodised and invigorating walks, off the beaten track. A few years ago, my partner Jean-Jacques and I fell under the spell of the Kerzont estate and decided to turn it into a multi-faceted place, with the creation of a cocoon space dedicated to books. So you can prolong your taste for travel by exploring Brittany or travelling to the other side of the world, from the comfort of your sofa. After many years devoted to humanitarian work, Jean-Jacques has found a new ideal in life, by reconnecting with nature. He will be delighted to share with you the produce from his vegetable garden. We will do everything in our power to ensure that you enjoy your holiday with peace of mind. Our aim, our mission: to see you leave with sparkling eyes and a suitcase full of unforgettable memories.
