Holiday home in Le Perrier, a haven of peace in the heart of nature between the sandy beaches of Saint Jean de Monts and the shopping town of Challans. It is just 1km from the village of Le Perrier, with its small shops. This is the ideal place to spend a great family holiday, with everything you need for children (games, books, baby equipment with cot). With a surface area of 125m², it comprises a living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge/living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), a second bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm) that can be joined together to make a 160cm bed, a third bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a bathroom (shower and bath) and a separate toilet. A second shower is located in the utility room. Practical for returning from the beach without dirtying the bathroom. Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola and a 400m² garden planted with trees, children's play area (swing, sandpit) and petanque area. Pets are welcome under certain conditions (please contact the owners). Numerous cycle paths for exploring the region in pleasure mode.
