Quiet, detached house located in Prémanon, in one of the four villages of the Les Rousses resort, in a green setting just a stone's throw from Switzerland. You'll be able to recharge your batteries and enjoy your holiday with family or friends. In winter, cross-country ski trails and the alpine ski area are just 3 km away. Ice rink in the village, Paul Émile Victor museum. In summer, direct access to hiking trails. Ideal for mountain biking, cycling, golf (Les Rousses), fishing, sailing, via ferrata (Hauts de Bienne). Lake at Lamoura or Les Rousses. Relax in the fresh air. Indoor swimming pool/Wellness Centre 25 km away (Le Sentier Suisse); Joa Casino 20 km away (St Laurent). The house is on a split level: Ground floor: closed garage for motorbikes and bicycles - laundry room - shower room - toilet. 1st floor: separate kitchen with conservatory opening onto a terrace and 200 m2 enclosed garden. A large living room with a mountain-style lounge, pellet stove and dining area opening onto a terrace with veranda. There is also a seating area in the veranda. On the 2nd level: 2 bedrooms with a 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm bunk beds, shower room and toilet. 3rd level: 1 large bedroom with 1 x 120cm bed and 1 x 90cm/200cm bed.
