Au 4qK is a bright 24m² studio apartment with 2 large windows in a residence with lifts, renovated in 2020. The apartment is fully equipped, so you can cook and enjoy a stay of up to several weeks without difficulty, whether for personal or professional reasons. Visit Strasbourg on your own or as a couple. You're right above the Place des Halles shopping centre, with everything close by: shops, restaurants, transport and tourist attractions (Place Kléber 500 m away). We've equipped the studio with everything you need. You'll love the fully equipped kitchen: combined microwave oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, as well as a wide range of crockery, pots and pans (no dishwasher). In the living room is a dining table large enough to be comfortable with 4 chairs. There is also a desk with a typing stool, lamp and socket. The flat has very high-speed WiFi and a smart TV with free Netflix, DVD player, Bluetooth radio and alarm clock. The double bed includes a 140x200 cm mattress and mattress topper, with duvet, pillows and bed linen provided. The bathroom is relatively spacious and has a washing machine/dryer, which is very practical for longer stays, as well as a shower column for added comfort. Towels are provided. During the summer months, air conditioning is available. If you're travelling with your baby, you'll have everything you need, including a folding cot and high chair, but the studio is not suitable for children over the age of 2. Access: walking is highly recommended! Strasbourg city centre is optimised for pedestrians. You can also get around by bike (Vélhop can be hired from the station) or tram: Ancienne Synagogue - Les Halles station, lines A & D, 110 m from the flat. We do not provide parking spaces. For your car, we recommend the Halles P2 Sébastopol car park (chargeable).
