Situated at the foot of the Ballon d'Alsace, come and spend some quality time with your family or friends in our 3-star "gîte chez Annette" in a quiet location in Oberbruck, a charming little village with all amenities. A well-equipped flat in a spacious house for 6 adults plus a child and a baby, situated in a cul-de-sac with very limited overlooking, with a garage for one car, a self-supporting swimming pool and an inflatable spa for the summer. The accommodation A 14m² living room with a new sofa bed, TV, wifi, and a large table with 6 chairs. A 10m² fully-equipped kitchen with appliances (oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, 2 coffee makers, toaster and kettle). A 10m² master bedroom with a 160*200 bed (new mattress) and a large wardrobe. A 10m² bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), a 170cm-wide sofa bed, a wardrobe and a small desk. A 5m² bathroom with bath/shower and separate WC. A basement shower room with shower, washbasin and washing machine. Garage with motorised garage door for one car and bicycles Covered terrace with spa and garden furniture Private garden with 4 x 2 m freestanding swimming pool, table and 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs and gas barbecue Raclette, pierrade and fondue service also available. A pushchair, 3 bicycles (mountain bikes for men, bicycles and mountain bikes for teenagers), 2 children's scooters and 2 sledges for winter use are available. Sledging is possible 500m from the gîte. The flat is not accessible to people with reduced mobility as there are stairs in the 3 possible entrances to the house. Small wooden terrace with table and 4 chairs at the front of the house (see photos). Pets welcome but dogs must be kept on a lead (not enclosed).
