Welcome to Eden Paradise! We are delighted to welcome you to our exceptional estate, a veritable showcase of nature dedicated to your well-being and serenity. Here, every detail has been thought of to offer you a unique experience, combining comfort, relaxation and respect for the environment. To ensure your arrival is as smooth as possible, we have set up a self-contained access system, so you can reach your lodge with complete peace of mind. Follow the instructions below to help you get settled in. Your arrival and access to the lodge 1. Before your arrival On receipt of payment for your booking, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to download a dedicated application. This application will enable you to open the main gate of the establishment without any external intervention. We recommend that you : Check your e-mail inbox (including spam) for the download link. Install the application before you arrive to avoid any hiccups. Make sure your smartphone is sufficiently charged. 2. When you arrive When you arrive at the entrance gate, you have two options for gaining access to the establishment: Option 1: Use the application Activate your Bluetooth on your phone. Approach the right-hand side of the gate to enable detection and automatic opening. Option 2: Access by phone call The call will trigger the gate to open automatically. If none of these options work, don't worry! We have provided an emergency remote control, located behind the flashing light on the gate. Please return it to the letterbox after use. Settling into your lodge Once inside the estate, follow these directions to your accommodation: Location of your lodge: An explanatory video has been sent to you by e-mail to guide you around the estate. We recommend that you watch it before you arrive. Access and keys: Your lodge is equipped with a secure opening system. Specific instructions for access are given in the video.
