Sea view, This large two-storey family house is ideally situated for an unforgettable holiday on the Térénez peninsula in Plougasnou in the Bay of Morlaix. You'll find the sea right opposite the house, with the GR 34 coastal path for lovely walks, always different according to the tides... You'll never want to leave! The sailing school at Térénez is a must, with a wide range of activities that are as friendly as they are dynamic (optimist, dinghy, catamaran, windsurfing, kayaking, stand-up paddle, diving or snorkelling - there's no doubt about it, the choice of activities on the water is vast and even unheard of with wingfoil! Detached house for 10 people : Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave), living room with television and veranda, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, separate WC. 1st floor (sea view) : 2 bedrooms with 1 x 160 x 200 bed (possibility of 2 x 80 beds), + 1 x 90 bed, TV, en-suite shower room with WC. 2nd floor (sea view) : 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160 x 200 (possibility 2 beds 80), TV, private shower room and connecting WC Facilities and services: TV, WIFI Internet access, wood-burning stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot and booster seat available on request, bed linen and towels provided, beds made up on arrival. Outside: Well-exposed terrace at the back of the house with garden furniture, barbecue, private parking for 3 cars (not enclosed). Land needed to store sailboards, kayaks....
