Description

Guest room "le Jardin des Bosquets" decorated in a "colonial" style, located 6km from Fontenay le Comte, a town of art and history. You'll love the peace and quiet of this vast property with its swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from June to September), wooded grounds and horses in a paddock at the back. With independent access, the room has a 160x200 bed, an en-suite shower cubicle with sink and toilet, an internet connection, access to streaming services (Netflix and Amazon Prime) and a Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast can be enjoyed outside on the terrace or in the hallway. Parking on the property.

Home

When you arrive, simply drive through our large grey metal gate and park directly in front of you. We'll be there to welcome you, settle you in and if you're not too tired after your journey, show you around the property if you wish. We will ask you to sign a basic rental agreement on arrival, if you have not already done so, for insurance purposes only.

Closer to home, there's a lovely greenway that stretches for miles along the banks of the River Vendée, much appreciated by walkers, joggers, cyclists and anglers!

We are a family-run B&B set in beautiful grounds overlooking a valley in the charming village of Auzay. Brother and sister, Stephen and I moved to France to be closer to other family members who have been here for 40 years and to have a more relaxed lifestyle. We run our bed and breakfast business together alongside our independent businesses and have now added a 3 bedroom gite to our portfolio!
