Typical 3-room house (61 m2), single-storey, independent and quiet, ideal for stays with family or friends. For your comfort, beds are made on arrival. Household linen is provided (4 adults or one couple and two children). The living room with its open-plan kitchen offers plenty of space to relax, and there's something for everyone: library, board games, internet connection and TV package, kitchen equipment are all available. Baby equipment is available on request (cot, high chair, bathtub, potty and changing mat). In fine weather, you can enjoy meals outside on the terrace. The gîte is located on an enclosed property and has its own private garden. The gîte is accessible to people with reduced mobility. You can also park your car in the enclosed grounds, and there is a secure bicycle storage area. This vacation home is located on the Vélodysée circuit, close to hiking trails and just a 15-minute walk from the first beaches. When we retired, we decided to renovate a typical family home to welcome occasional travellers and help them discover the "Pays de Retz". Our little paradise lies between Brittany and the Vendée, between sea and countryside, between rocky coast and marshes. In short, a wide variety of landscapes that will become the backdrop for your leisure and cultural activities... As we are keen to respect the environment and biodiversity on our own scale, we have put in place a number of sustainable eco-gestures and we suggest that you take part in them if you wish (reduce, reuse, recycle). We are often available at the property, where we maintain a permacultural vegetable garden and are happy to offer seasonal produce. In this way, we put all our energy into welcoming you in a spirit of sharing and conviviality.
