Located on the top and 4th floor in the Residence " Le Grand Hôtel" (in the "belle époque" style, with lift), our apartment is really peacefull, summer like winter. Ideal for couples or families, it offers all the necessary comfort for a comfortable holiday and will amaze you with its high view of the charming seaside resort of Wimereux and the surrounding hills. Covering an area of ​​45m², it includes an entrance hall, an independent fitted kitchen, a living room/lounge, two bedrooms, one of which is a "cabin" (the first with 1 double bed (140cm), the second with 2 bunk beds ( 90cm)), a bathroom, a laundry room and a separate toilet. Our apartment has equipment to accommodate babies and children: cot, safety barrier for bed, high chair, baby potty, suitable cutlery, plates, glasses, baby bowls, games, books. Located on the pedestrian dyke of Wimereux, the Résidence Côte d'Opale offers direct access to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants (200m). The city center is only a short 5 minute walk away. To complete your stay, we offered 3 optional packages: - 1 bed's linen option at 20€/ double bed, 15.€ /simple bed  and €5.00 for the cot. Bed made on arrival - 1  towel  option at 5 € /person - 1 cleaning option at 45.00 € You can rent our apartment for the week, fortnightly, midweek or for a weekend (subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights). The days of arrival and departure are free (except summer holidays). In summer, rentals are exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.        The rental price is all charges included (water, electricity, gas and heating) The tourist tax is 0.85€/ adult/ night. It is to be paid on the day of arrival. Parking is on the street. Since April 2023, all parking spaces between the sea and "rue Napoléon" are chargeable from April to October (from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., the first quarter of hour is free).                                                                 Rue Carnot is paying all year round in the shopping area. The other Streets of Wimereux are free                                                There is ample free parking at the South entrance. 10 minutes walk from the building: Coming from Boulogne sur mer, at the first roundabout take the first right.  Every day in summer, free shuttles are scheduled every 45 minutes to take you to the Beach, downtown...There is a small inner courtyard where there is a rack to put bicycles (not covered). The train station is at 1km of the building. Do not hesitate to consult our website for more details and project yourself in our apartment using the video accessible following the photos. We will contact you by email to discuss your arrival time, then we will meet you at the studio at the agreed time to welcome you. We will introduce you to the flat, Wimereux and the coast according to your expectations. We appreciate very much to welcome you personally but if the situation (shifted arrival, late...) does not allow the reception, we can make an arrival with safe with key (in this case we ask for the payment of the deposit before the arrival).
