This luxury flat is located on the 4th and top floor of a secure residence on the quayside in Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Ideal for 4 people, it was completely and tastefully renovated in 2024. Its privileged location, in the heart of the town centre and 600 m from the Grande Plage, is an undeniable asset for those seeking proximity to both.
