Bed and breakfast in the heart of nature, at an altitude of 1000m with a magnificent view of the mountains in the heart of the Vosges forest. Just 10 minutes from Gérardmer town centre. Katia and Vincent welcome you to their peaceful chalet in the middle of nature, on the heights of Gérardmer. An invitation to take full advantage of the fresh air and the magnificent walks in the surrounding area to recharge your batteries (signposted walks, mountain bike trails, ski slopes, etc.). On the ground floor of the chalet, with independent access, you will find : A bedroom for 2 people with 1 bed 140x190 A lounge area with television and sofa bed (90x190 trundle beds)  A bathroom with toilet. You can also take advantage of the large outdoor area with table and benches, barbecue, deckchairs, hammock, table tennis, outdoor games etc... Gourmet breakfasts (sweet and savoury) with local produce, included and served at the table d'hôtes on the 1st floor of the chalet between 8am and 10am. Table d'hôtes on request and optional. Share moments of conviviality over a home-cooked meal made with local produce. Two options are available (snack or cold platter at €18/person, excluding drinks, or full meal, including drinks, at €30/person). The chalet is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, accessible by a dirt track. Free parking is available on the property. Internet access is free, but it's low given the location, so it's the connection to nature that's at its best :) In winter, As the chalet is situated on the ski slopes at an altitude of 1000m, and is therefore only accessible in winter on skis, snowshoes or on foot, the price includes your stay on a half-board basis: breakfasts and dinners included from Saturday 4pm (arrival at the B&B) to Saturday 9am (departure from the chalet); - We recommend that you park your vehicle in the free car park at La Mauselaine (not secure); - Luggage transport (1 suitcase of 20kg max. per person) from the Mauselaine car park to the Chalet Perle des Hauts is included on arrival and departure; - The ‘Perle des Hauts’ site is equipped with all the comforts you need for your winter stay: sheets, towels, shoe dryer, wifi, hot water, TV lounge, etc; - Breakfast is served on the ground floor and dinner is served at the table d'hôtes on the 1st floor; - Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 8 days before your arrival; - Summer equipment such as hammocks, outdoor cushions and barbecues have been stored away for the winter season, although deckchairs are available if the sun is shining; - We ask our guests not to cook in the winter kitchenette provided; a midday snack is tolerated (microwave available); - Children and pets are not accepted: the stay is for 2x adults occupying a single bedroom. Katia and Vincent took over the family chalet in Gérardmer, also known as the Pearl of the Vosges. Renowned for its lake surrounded by mountains and its many sporting activities and festive events (Daffodil Festival, Fantasticarts, etc.), this health resort has retained the charm of a small mountain town.
