Description

Stay in this brand-new house located just outside the centre of Brétignolles sur Mer, between Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and Les Sables d'Olonne. The property is 1 km from La Parée beach and the corniche. The accommodation comprises a living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge area, 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds (90cm), a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a terrace to the rear with garden furniture protected by an awning, a relaxation area and parking on the property, all enclosed by a secure gate. PRM adaptability Options available: - full bed linen: €20 per bed - bathroom linen: €6 (1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person) - cleaning by us: €100
