The large, fully-equipped kitchen promises tasty moments of sharing over a good meal, while the living room, with its large sofa and television, invites you to relax after a day out. In the bathroom, the multi-jet shower and double washbasin add an extra touch of well-being, perfect for recharging your batteries. At night, the first bedroom offers a spacious, peaceful space with a double bed, an electric single bed and a small study area. Upstairs, the second under-roof bedroom has three single beds, making it an ideal refuge for children or friends. Every room has been designed with your comfort in mind, with large wardrobes and tasteful decoration. Animal lovers... except rats! Here, your four-legged companions are not only accepted, but genuinely welcome. Whether they're small or large, long-haired or short-haired, there's plenty of room for them in the gîte, and even a washing machine specially dedicated to their laundry! The grounds are fully fenced, so they can stretch their legs in complete safety, while a charming footpath just 50 metres from the house is ideal for walks in the fresh air. 🐶 The only small exception: our rat friends are asked to stay at home - not that they're unwelcome, but let's just say they have a natural tendency to nibble away at the decor, and that's a bit of a setback for the atmosphere! 😄 An outdoor area to enjoy the peace and quiet When the weather's fine, the small enclosed lawn garden becomes a veritable corner of paradise: barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs... everything you need to enjoy a moment of idleness. The gîte has its own entrance and private parking space for added peace and quiet. A comfortable stay Bed and kitchen linen are provided, Wi-Fi is free and a full range of baby equipment is available for a stress-free stay. Everything here exudes simplicity, comfort and friendliness.
