Description

This seafront flat is on the 4th floor of a secure residence on the Grande Plage, at the foot of the embankment. It is very spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room is bright and comfortable. The kitchen opens onto the living area and is fully equipped. A master bedroom with a large double bed (160cm) and en suite shower room faces the sea, while the other 2 are on the street side, one with a large double bed (160cm) and the other with 2 single beds. They share a bathroom with bath and shower. The public car park on Place Rochebonne is free all year round. (Ref Bleu Marine) MENAGE + CONCIERGERIE PACKAGE included: - Beds made before your arrival, - Bathroom linen provided, - Final cleaning.
