Welcome to our gîte on the banks of the Lot, located 1 km from Aiguillon, 7 km from the Damazan exit and 3 km from the SNCF station. Enjoy a peaceful stay in our charming semi-detached house, ideal for a holiday on the banks of the Lot. Facing the street but offering absolute peace and quiet thanks to its magnificent rear garden, this house is perfect for comfortably accommodating up to six people. Ideal for fishing enthusiasts, the house has an unoverlooked rear garden with direct access to the Lot and an excellent fishing spot. The garden is a haven of peace, with a large terrace with bar and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. A trampoline is also available for the enjoyment of young and old alike. You can also hire fishing rods, electric bikes, paddles, a canoe, a boat with an electric or internal combustion engine and a jacuzzi. (subject to availability). Inside, the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large, convivial lounge/dining room opening directly onto the terrace. This area is equipped with TV, wifi and hi-fi. There is also a shower room with toilet and a laundry room for your convenience. Upstairs, the house has three bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm). There is also a small shower room with shower, WC and small washbasin. Pets are welcome in this house for a supplement of €3 per day. Bed linen is provided and a cleaning charge of €25 is payable at the end of your stay.
