This 52 m² holiday rental in a residence was completely renovated and refurbished in 2024 to offer you the utmost comfort for your holiday or business trip. The icing on the cake : a ground-floor flat. Access to Le Minihic beach is direct from the residence (just a few steps). Private parking is available. You will be welcomed on arrival. The flat is located in the very quiet district of Rothéneuf. Saint-Malo station is a 10-minute walk or bike ride away, and the city centre "intra-muros" is a 10-minute drive or 15-minute bike ride (cycle paths), or a 50-minute walk via the pleasant Sillon dyke. Shops 5 minutes away. _The seasonal rental of 52m² for 1 to 4 people comprises :_ * Inside - Living area with fully-equipped kitchenette (e.g. filter and espresso coffee makers, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, small electrical appliances) - A lounge area with TV, board games and books.
