This charming 20m² wooden chalet is ideal for a family holiday and can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. Situated near Agen, this little corner of paradise is in the heart of a pine forest and on the edge of a lake, offering you an exceptional environment with a Canadian feel. It comprises a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two adults, a television (no Wi-Fi) and a low mezzanine with a single bed. Please note that the mezzanine is accessible via a steep wooden ladder. Children under 8 years of age are not allowed on it (see photo). The kitchen is equipped with a mini dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Outside, there is a wooden terrace with a pergola, a barbecue and garden furniture for al fresco dining. This charming 20m² wooden chalet is ideal for family holidays and can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. It comprises a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two adults, a television (without Wi-Fi) and a low mezzanine with three single beds. Please note that the mezzanine is very low, making it more suitable for children than adults (see photo). Its terrace with garden furniture and a relaxation area, as well as the shared swimming pool and the lake just a hundred metres away, will delight you. If you're looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature, this chalet is the ideal place to relax in the countryside on a beautiful estate with around thirty chalets. The owner will be delighted to welcome you to this unique little corner of paradise in the Lot-et-Garonne department. Non-smoking gîte. No WIFI. Pets accepted (small dogs only, under 10 kg, 1 maximum). On site: communal swimming pools (one small and one large) open from 10am to 8pm in season, unsupervised but fenced. Lake access, children's play area, entertainment according to programme. To know for your arrival: - Additional electricity consumption (fixed rate of 8KWH per day, i.e. 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid for on site after the meters have been read (according to the price per KWH shown on the bill). - A deposit of €250 is payable to the owner on arrival. - Sheets (unmade beds): €10 per pair. - Household linen and towels: included in the price, provided free of charge. - Compulsory cleaning at the end of your stay: €30.
